recruitment of the hotel management team. Every senior manager at
Mandalay City Hotel comes with operating experience from international
hotels in Myanmar. To reduce the learning curve, the Mandalay City Hotel
pre-opening team spent 6 months on-the-job training at an international
hotel in Yangon in preparation for the pre-opening. The owner's
